eWoman Network is organization focused on bringing businesswomen together to support and promote each other. Their network of resources help women launch, scale, and grow their business.
Project Details
The networking group's monthly luncheons included 65 attendees and required extensive venue, catering, marketing, and audiovisual coordination.
How We Supported The Vision
Beginning March 2016, OI provided all logistical support to ensure these vents went seamlessly. OI oversaw site selection and negotiation, event marketing and advertising, audiovisual, menu selection, agenda and collateral development, VIPs, speaker and exhibitor recruitment, onsite support, budget management, and reconciliation of final invoices.
