Under subcontract to Montage Marketing Group, OI provided a variety of logistical support services for two conferences with up to 30 table-top exhibitors, 100 event volunteer staff, and 2500 participants each. The conferences took place in January 2018 and January 2019, and consisted of community members, county council members, county executives, and non-profit agencies.

OI meeting management support included development of pre-event planning timeline and onsite production schedule, venue management, event supplier contracting, floor plan development, audiovisual support, sponsorship recruitment, police officer/traffic control coordination, volunteer event staff recruitment and management, event signage, and onsite management.

OI’s support helped this event be one of the most successful, with over 2,000 attendees and hundreds of volunteers. Through careful advanced planning and experience managing large crowds, OI personnel were well-equipped to keep the event successful, from start to finish.
