The ECLS-K:2011 Study is an ongoing study sponsored by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) within the Institute of Education Sciences (IES). The study provides comprehensive data that can be used to describe and better understand children’s development and experiences, as well as how early experiences relate to later development, learning, and experiences in school.

How We Supported The Vision

OI provided customized meeting management services for several 5-day small meetings (up to 25 attendees each) and four, 5-day national trainings with up to 500 attendees each. OI meeting management services included quality site selection and negotiation, onsite support, ground transportation, travel arrangements, budget management, reconciliation of final invoices, meeting room coordination, audiovisual support, high-level speaker support, and preparation of meeting materials.

OI’s cohesive and comprehensive planning services led them to be the first choice for this study for five years in a row, from 2014 to 2017. Those years proved productive for the organizations involved, thanks to the seamless services provided by OI.
